For this year's holidays, we present you a very simple, classic and tasty recipe for honey macaroons with Onstevia. We hope you like it and have the sweetest Christmas!
1 kg of soft flour 2 tea cups of oil
1 1/2 cups of Onstevia tea
1 teaspoon fine semolina
1 tea cup orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. sweet soda and orange-lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (for syrup)
1 teaspoon honey (for syrup)
1 teaspoon water (for syrup)
Mix the oil for some time with the mixer and then add the Onstevia, the zest, the juice, the semolina and little by little the flour with the soda.
Shape into small portions (so they don't puff up too much).
We put them in the oven after it has reached 200 C.
When they are completely cooled, put them in a pan and pour the warm syrup over them.
Finish by sprinkling with walnuts.
