Information Availability:

For all the products contained in the catalogs of inovia.gr there are indications for the availability of our warehouse. This way you can easily check before placing your order which products are available in our warehouses and which products are not immediately available but we are waiting for a specific date to receive them from our suppliers. Nevertheless, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone, to inform you about the time of receipt of the product by supplier and delivery to you. In this case, if you think that the time period does not satisfy you, you can request the withdrawal of the product order. We also give you the opportunity to choose if you wish to receive all the products with a shipment to their place of delivery.

Order cancellation:

In our company you have the right to cancel your order and return the products you bought from us, within 14 days from the date you receive the products exactly as defined by Law 2251/1994 no.3e par. 1.

In case you want to return a product (withdrawal) you are charged only with the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience, it is good to check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to detect obvious defects (eg broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns are only accepted when the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without being opened or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

Force majeure:

If for some reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, quarantine, etc.) we can not deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, in these conditions , the completion of your order.

Promotional messages:

Inovia.gr gives its users the opportunity to choose their information about the new products available on the market and for any other offers by sending advertising - informational messages to their email or postal address or by phone. Inovia.gr will not abuse its above service. Users also have the option to stop receiving promotional messages.

Responsibility inovia.gr:

Inovia.gr is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to its customers. All products are received from suppliers packaged. In case a defective product is found in the delivered order, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping costs or refund your money.

Inovia.gr is not yet responsible for any organized attack by hackers in order to steal users' personal data, but even in this case credit card users are guaranteed that no card details are stored in the system.
