Materials
1 cup 2% yogurt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Onstevia
2 eggs 1 vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Box. Sweet Soda
1 Box. Sweet Cinnamon
1/2 Cut. Sweet Salt
3 cups rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180oC.
Beat the yogurt, brown sugar and Onstevia with a wire or in a mixer until they become a body.
Add the eggs and vanilla and continue beating.
Put the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in another bowl and mix them.
Add them little by little to the yogurt mixture and then add the oat flakes as well.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and divide the cookies into the shape and size you want (we preferred the classic shape, i.e. round).
Bake them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until they take on color.
Take them out and let them cool.
Tips
This recipe makes 30-40 pieces.
Cookies can be kept for quite some time.
Just store them in an airtight container.
